Refund policy

If DivorceParty Evidence isn't right for you, you can have a full refund within 30 days of buying.
How to ask
Email support@divorceparty.ai from the address you bought with, or include it in your message. You don't have to give a reason, though we'd be grateful to know what didn't work.
What happens next
- We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
- Your license is revoked. The app stops accepting it the next time it checks in, on every computer it was activated on.
- Your message library and exports stay on your computer — we never had them — but you won't be able to open the app without an active license.
After 30 days
We'll still look at any request where something has gone wrong on our side. Where the law gives you a longer right to a refund, that applies.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge — it's faster. A disputed payment revokes the license while the dispute is open.
