Evidence, not verdicts
DivorceParty Evidence never decides who is right. Its AI runs on your own computer and helps you find what's there without judging it: nothing is scored, and no case is written for you. Just your messages, exactly as they were sent, organized by you.
AI that assists, never judges
The desktop app's AI runs on your own computer, so your messages never go to a large AI company. It helps you search, sort and spot what matters. It doesn't label your boundaries as “gatekeeping” or your disclosures as “weaponization”, and it doesn't label you at all.
The words, not a summary
The export is the messages themselves, with exact dates, times, edits and senders. There is no narrative and no “both sides” report that can be turned against you.
You supply the context
Tags and private notes are yours. Neither the app nor its AI can see police reports, court orders or anything outside your phone, so they don't pretend to weigh them. Bring those to your lawyer alongside the export.
Flags you can see through
Pattern flags come from a short, visible list of words: threats, name-calling, ultimatums. Each hit shows exactly what matched, you review every one, and nothing is exported unless you tag it.
Private, for survivors
Your library is encrypted on your own computer and never uploaded. The other person is never contacted or notified, and your children's names can be redacted before anything is shared.
Your data is never training data
The coming platform makes extensive use of AI, through providers bound by agreements not to use your data. Your case stays your case.
