Terms of sale and use

These terms cover buying a license to DivorceParty Evidence and using the desktop app and this website. By buying or using it, you agree to them.

Your license

• A license is a one-time purchase of $199 USD. It lets you use the app, for your own matters, on up to 3 computers at a time. You can move it by releasing a computer from your account.
• It includes all updates to version 1 of the app.
• You may not resell, share or publish your license key. We may deactivate a key that has been shared publicly or obtained fraudulently.

Only use it on data you're entitled to

Only back up and review phones and backups that you own or are legally authorised to access. Accessing someone else's device or messages without permission can be a crime, and it can seriously harm your case.

Not legal advice

DivorceParty Evidence is software, not a law firm. Nothing in the app or on this site is legal advice. Whether any export is admissible, and how it should be used, is for your lawyer and your court. The pattern-analysis features are automated heuristics that can be wrong; review everything yourself.

Your responsibility for your data

Your library lives only on your computer and is encrypted with your passphrase. We cannot recover a forgotten passphrase or restore data you delete. Keep your own backups.

Refunds

See our refund policy. A refunded or charged-back purchase ends the license.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to make the app accurate and reliable, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact
